That was literally all I needed to hear to pack up my bags and move to California to join Sammy Studios (which later became High Moon Studios). The adventures of Jericho Cross in a dark, haunted Wild West were a blast to create and work on. The mentors I had and the team we built were excellent and, despite this being the first time (for many of us) working on an FPS, we made something that we were really proud of and still plays well today!

Accomplishments

– Built & tuned weapons, game cameras & player movement

– Designed enemy characters including AI behavior trees, visual design & tuning

– Designed key gameplay mechanics such as feeding & dismemberment

– Coordinated with level designers to facilitate best practices for enemy usage

– Designed all of the boss encounters, creating levels & tuning gameplay

– Senior Designer working with (& mentoring) a small team of designers
